Smart Control & Wireless Temperature Monitoring
Electrical equipment in operation typically runs at high voltages and currents. Certain defects can cause abnormal temperature rises in equipment components. Excessive temperatures may lead to fires, explosions, equipment damage, or quality incidents.
Currently, the most common method for monitoring the temperature of high-voltage electrical equipment is periodic manual inspections using handheld infrared devices. However, this approach has several drawbacks:
- High workload; additional staff required.
- Inaccurate temperature measurement due to significant human and environmental interference.
- Failures to detect temperature anomalies in a timely manner;
- Inability to timely and effectively analyze historical data creates a risk of failing to detect faults promptly.
- Some critical connection points inside electrical equipment cannot be measured for temperature.
Addressing current challenges in high-voltage equipment temperature monitoring, we pioneered China's first online monitoring system for high-voltage electrical contact temperatures, resolving issues inherent in conventional methods. Through years of practical application, we have developed a comprehensive suite of temperature measurement products designed to operate across diverse environments. Our solutions are extensively deployed within power systems across various industries nationwide, effectively preventing high-voltage equipment accidents. Proven performance demonstrates our products' stability and reliability, delivering accurate data and earning consistent customer acclaim.
Smart control with temperature measurement
The Power Backend Solution is designed to ensure efficient, secure, and intelligent operation of power systems by integrating multi-source data into a unified management platform. It features real-time monitoring capabilities that track equipment status, power load, voltage, current, and other critical parameters across generation, transmission, and distribution stages, enabling early detection and alerts for anomalies. Through consolidated data analysis, the solution transforms fragmented information into comprehensive statistical reports and trend charts, providing actionable insights for dispatch decisions and grid planning.
The temperature monitoring and control system consists of the main dashboard, parameter settings, temperature data query, alerts, real-time temperature curves, and historical curves. Key features include:
- Electrical Monitoring System Distribution Map: Displays a single-line diagram on the interface.
- Temperature Monitoring: Displays temperature readings from all monitored points in a centralized view on the monitoring system.
- Alarm Function: Triggers audible and visual alarms, including voice alerts (requires a speaker connected to the backend), when measured parameters exceed alarm thresholds.
- Fault Display: Indicates a fault when the measured device's temperature point is not in its normal operating position.
- Database Function: Stores temperature readings for all monitored points at each time interval to enable data querying and historical trend visualization.
- Permission Management: Enables permission configuration. Settings and modifications to operational data take effect only when performed by authorized system operators.
- Remote Communication: The system supports RS485, Ethernet, and CAN bus communication for remote connectivity.
